Good representation of the phrase. Suggestions: Spend some time on the buck's fur on its back. Also, the shadowing for the buck, the hand, and the background are all going in different directions. You may wish to alter these a bit.

Great use of sources! They work well together and you blended them quite nicely. Suggestion: Try adding a little shadow on her shall to account for the bigger nose. The light is so sharp from the upper left corner, it would probably show.

Good idea. Suggestion: try sharpening the added pieces of the necklace a bit and bring the brightness up just a touch. I think that will make it easier to see without offsetting it from the background.

Good idea. Couple of suggestions: Try using a small drop shadow on the metal horseshoes to give them a little depth in relation to the horse itself. Also, you may wish to spend some time on the shadow on the ground as it currently still shows that cage shadow but doesn't account for the horse inside it.

Nice job on the beams of light and colors. Suggestion: Since your light source is coming from the upper right side, you should probably make the man darker as he is not in the light. Also, he would be brighter on his front and much darker on his back.

Very good image. Suggestion: Try darkening the stilts that are on the far side of the house, as they would be half in shadow from the house above. Also, you have a few spots where the shadow of the rock meets the water were there are blue bits that are a different shade of blue.

This is well done. Suggestion: The dog looks a bit blurred compared to the background you chose. Try sharpening it up a little bit and adding a greenish photo filter so that the reflected light on the metal looks like it's coming from the forest.

Although the rope looks good, right now this entry is not on topic, as nothing is inside of a border coming out. To make it so, I would put the rope pieces that are in front of the green dividing sections behind them instead. This way they are confined within the border and then the rope end will be out of border.

The sunset is pretty, but I think you should rethink the shadow for the tree. If the sun was so low in the sky, you wouldn't have a strong shadow coming straight down as though it were noon. Nice color on the tree though.

This a great idea and I love the red. Suggestion: The steps are kind of blurry while your bride is sharp. I think that you should sharpen up the steps a bit. Also, I think that adding some shadow and maybe a small amount of glow to the bride would really make this image a top 3 contender.

Great concept! Suggestion: After looking at your full res version, I suggest doing some fine tuning around the edges of the bat and the aborigine as they still have some outlining showing from their orignal images. Also, I would try to sharpen up the aborigine to match the detail of the rest of the picture. I'll hold my vote for now.
