For entry procedures I would make sure to include all of the sources used. SBS shows 3 but you listed only 1. I would have placed your figure in a different location or used a different background. For perspective I would have chosen a background where the horizon was somewhere between the middle and the top and aligned the figures eyes with the horizon level. As is she is either really tall or the photographer is very short. Either way the figures perspective doesn't appear to match. Personal opinion is I think the light source is too much and drowns out the form. Hope that helps.
I like the effect but it doesn't really make me think ice. I think that is mostly due to scale. I don't think a branch would have that many tiny sharp icicles on it. I'm not sure how to correct but possibly thinning and a little blurring?
