Old photo effect - part 4

Now that we have done enough to merge the 2 layers, next step is to apply effects. I am going to apply 2 effects to this image. 1. Lightning effect 2.Grain effect
1. Lightning effect:
Select all the layers click and drag them to the new layer icon, this will duplicate all the six layers. Right click and merge all the duplicate layers.

Go to filer >> render >> lightning effects, A lightning effect box will pop up. Apply the following setting and make sure the oval looks exactly like in the box.
Next, change the blend mode to hard light

2. Grain Effects
New layer fill it with grey
Go to filter > texture > grain
Apply the settings as in the box

With the help of colour range select the white colour and delete it.
