Open your floor texture by pressing [Ctrl][O] or from menu File / Open; select the file and click Ok.
Select all contents of this file by pressing [Ctrl][A] or from menu Select / All. Copy the selection by pressing [Ctrl][C] or from menu Edit / Copy.

Go to our working image, select the Background layer as the active layer and paste the copied texture by pressing [Ctrl][V] or from menu Edit / Paste.
A new layer will be created; double click on its name and change that name to "The floor".
The layers order should be as shown on image bellow.

Before trying next steps be sure to get your working space maximized, since the transform area should be outside the image limits.
Get your image window as higher as possible and make sure there's no paletes over it.
Zoom out your image at a range where guides are stil visible (I've zoomed out at a 25%).
With your "The floor" layer active select from menu Edit / Transform / Distort.

Drag only the corners of the transform marque and try to math the floor texture with the guides created before.
The more guides aligned with the floor lines the more accurated will be the perspective.
It could be hard to match the guides with the new floor lines, but you need to try dragging each corner.
It took me a lot of tries to get a good result, so don't give up and keep trying.
When you're satisfied with the perspective just press the Enter key on your keybord to end the transformation.

Now hide the "floor guides" layer and unhide the "Background copy" layer to see the final results.
It's up to you if you want to add some shadows or reflections to get better image integration.
