step 6

Select brush 1276 (24) from Brushes-curl set available here http://www.adobetutorialz.com/content_images/AdobePhotoshop/ART-D/tutorial344/brushe3.rar

Change the size to around 800 pixels. Using the color white, place where you want it.

step 7

Create a new layer.

Choose brush 611 (22) from the same brush set as the previous step and change size to about 400. Now place where you want still using the color white.

step 8

Create a new layer.

Change the white color to the blue color again (6E8DA7).

Select brush 840 (18) from the same brush set and place where you want, do not resize.

Now change the blending mode to Difference.

step 9

Create a new layer.

Select brush 1068 (14) from the same brush set and resize to around 800. Place where you want.

Then change the blending mode to Multiply.

step 10

Create a new layer.

Choose brush 1175 (10) from the same brush set. Still using the color blue, place where you want, and resize if you want.

Change the blending mode to Color Burn.
