step 6

Go to "G" layer, press ""Ctrl + J" to duplicate again this layer.

Now, go to "Filter > Blur > Motion Blur" and enter "0" for angle and 32 for distance.

Then, create a "new fill layer > gradient" over the others.

Use the prestablished "blue, red, yellow" for color and put 55 for angle.

Set the blendind mode of the layer to "Overlay".

step 10

Duplicate layer "G" and put it below all the others.

Go to "Edit > Free Trnsform" or press "Ctrl + T". Holding "shift" key pressed scale it so you make it justa little bigger than the original.
