step 1
First create a new
1200 pixels X900 pixels
size document with grey color.

step 2
Then create draw round (hold shift key for the proper round) using the
Elliptical marquee tool.
Round size 4.75 in x 4.75 in

step 3
Load selection the round and select transform selection then go to select- modify-contract add ..
Contract value 15.

step 4
Create new layer then add stroke .
stroke value - 30,color - black,location - center.

step 5
apply stroke..

Though if I may point out a few of things that prevents it from looking realistic, is that it's too smooth. there's no texture on the football.
Also the grass in in an angle. I thing straightening the image before applying it as a background would make it better. and last but not least, cover the bottom of the football with some grass, so it won't look like it's floating. But I like the simplicity of it.
