Though if I may point out a few of things that prevents it from looking realistic, is that it's too smooth. there's no texture on the football.
Also the grass in in an angle. I thing straightening the image before applying it as a background would make it better. and last but not least, cover the bottom of the football with some grass, so it won't look like it's floating. But I like the simplicity of it.
