Open your image, duplicate the background layer and tunr off the first layer

step 2

you can also open a second image that we are going to use later as a background

step 3

Use the magic wanda to select the background of the top layer and remove ir

step 4

still with the top layer selection mask it, pressing the Add vector mask button

step 5

Shift + clic on the mask thumbnail to turn it off
