Create a new file, 420*160 and fill it with black.

Create a new layer and use an abstract brush to fill your signature. Use the color white to do it, we will colorize it later on.

Duplicate your brush layer. (click ctrl+j)
step 4
In the duplicated brush layer go Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blue and add 2.5
You picture should now look like this:

Set the layer's blend to overlay.
