Make more copies of the wing then move and transform them into place.


step 17


Make the tail feathers from the merged layer done earlier. and place them at the bottom.


step 18


Copy the layer and free transform the smaller and smaller to finish the tail detail. make sure the layers are in proper order.


step 19


The beak is made from a section of the larger feather, copied and transformed to shape.


step 20


On the head, use the liquify brush to "pull out" feathers.
