Stained Glass Effect - part 2

Keep outer border layer active and draw a rectangle by using rectangular Marquee tool. It’s time to create the Stained Glass effect around this. Go to filter > render > clouds.

Then apply some texture to it.

After applying all the settings your image should look like this.

Now select > modify >contract. Contract it by 30 px. Then hit delete.

You can use same settings or try experimenting to get different texture. Similarly create more the borders or whatever you like to call them.
