step 21


Now apply another adjustments layer of Hue/Saturation and apply the following settings:
Hue = 205
Saturation = 20
Lightness = 0

Duplicate the tulips layer. Ctrl+click on the layer mask thumbnail and then click on the tulip layer then press Ctrl+Shift+I to invert the selection and fill white. Now double click on the tulip layer thumbnail to bring up the layer style. Now apply outer glow.

Now apply the following settings for outer glow:

Now apply the following settings for inner glow:
