Beautiful underwater scene - part 2

Make a new layer. Now go back to the channels palette and Ctrl Click on alpha 2 channel (on which we applied Chrome). Now go back to the layers Palette and click on the new layer and fill white colour in the selection. Now change the blending mode of this layer to overlay. If this layer is not visible properly the duplicate this laye till you can see it properly and the merge them together.

Rename the new layer to water 2. Now make a new layer and rename it as light. Now take a large brush with soft edges and paint white colour in the middle on the top edge as shown in the image.

Now load the selection of alpha 1 channel as in step 5 and make a new layer in the layers palette, rename this layer as rays and fill white colour. Now go to Filter > Blur > Rdial Blur, and apply the following settings
Amount = 100%
Blur Method = Zoom
Quality = Best
And lift the center to the point where you have the source of light in the image. Now Press Ctrl T and use perspective to concentrate the rays at the top. and use the eraser tool (soft large brush) to remove any hard edges and unwanted rays. If you want intense rays thn duplicate the layer by pressing Ctrl J and then merge all the rays layers.

Now move both the light and rays layer below the water layers as shown in the image.

Minimise this document and open a new document of 8 by 8 inches with black background and make a new layer and fill with black colour. Now go to Filters > Render > Lense Flare and apply the following settings as shown in the image.
