1. This is the image i am going to work on. I downloaded this image from istockphoto.com I simply loved this image.

This is what we are aiming to acheive .

First, i chop out the bottom of the image & duplicate the layer. Then in the background copy layer i go to image > transform > flip vertical, & place the image in the bottom.

step 4

now i go to the background layer & select the gradient map option from the create new fill or adjustment layer icon in the bottom of the layer palette. Apply the blue gradient.

Then i go to the background copy layer & select the gradient map option from the create new fill or adjustment layer icon in the bottom of the layer palette. Apply the brown gradient.
