Right. What next? ah yes, a shadow. Click our criminal layer. Click Layer->Layer Style->Drop Shadow. When the window pops up, enter these values:

Now click 'Inner shadow' and add these:

All we need to do now is add the information board. Open a new doc. Fill the layer with black, add some text, press CRTL+E a couple of times to merge all the layers and finally add a bit of noise:

Good. Now drag it to our mugshot doc and scale/position it:

Hide the police board layer, select our criminal, and 'Q' brush to select the fingers:

'Q' again, invert the selection and CRTL+J to paste the fingers on a new layer. Move this layer on top the police board. You'll notice that the drop shadow/inner shadow have been copied too, so you'll need to turn them off: Finishing touches: I made the board a little bigger and added a little Gaussian blur to it. Then I clicked Layer->Flatten Image to put all the layers together, and finally I added a little noise. And there you have it: My boss'll probably have a heart attack if he sees this, and my mum wi...oh dear god, I've just realised, if my mother sees this...
