Color Overlay. Choose your favorite, er...color.

Last one, Stroke in white.

Very important! Don't forget step 10. See that button on the right that says 'New Style'? Click it. When the screen pops up 'Give it a name'.

Now CRTL+Click all the layers (except the first), go Window->Styles, and you will magically find our new layer style there waiting for you like an old loyal dog.

Go back to the first layer, Layer Style screen again, get rid of the Outer glow and use a Stroke instead. A big one:

You'll be happy to know that the text bit's finished. SHIFT+CRTL+E to merge all the layers. Now open your 'wall' photo and drag the graffiti onto it. Now go Edit->Transform->Distort. Use the handles to position it correctly:

Another hard bit. Sorry! Click the Channels tab, click the Green channel, and drag it over the 'New Layer' icon:
