In this tutorial I will explain the techniques I used to create a mask from a cat statue.

Make a clean background by copy-pasting. Try not to repeat the same pattern too often. Blend with a soft brush on low opacity.

Don't paste the whole cat face on the girl. Start by using little parts, change the size and rotate if necessary. First try out the important features like eyes, nose,...

Depending on wanting to make a whole mask or only a partial one, duplicate the parts you need on both side, flip and blend them.

step 4

Here I used an eyebrow to make clean edges on the mask. Change the size, flip it, rotate, use warp.
You can also finish the mask with a brush and make your own decorations.

step 5

It's important to blend the different parts, so use a soft brush on low opacity for the finishing touch.
