Christmas Ornament - part 1

1. open a new doccument with the following settings.

2.With the help of ellipse tool [shortcut (U)] draw a circle. To draw a perfect circle keep

the shift key pressed, while drawing.

3. Draw another small circle atop the bigger circle. fill it with white color. Like this

4. now click the add layer mask button in the bottom of the layer palette. This will add a

layer mask thumbnail in the shape 2 layer.

5. now select the gradient tool (G) & click on the lower end of second circle and drag till

the center (little bit above the center) of the circle.
