The Faster Layer Copier

Usually, when we want to copy a certain layer,
we go to the Layers Pallete... By doing so would take
much time and effort especially when your RAM is low.
By just pressing Ctrl + Alt then clicking that certain layer and dragging it [the layer] a small distance from the original layer,
it will have the copy of that same layer! Hope this is useful!
