Reposition selection before finish

When you are dragging your mouse over the image to create a selection (no matter which), you can press "Space" key to reposition sellection with holding and moving your mouse before finish.
When you release "Space" key, you can continue with resizing your selection.
Finish your selection by release mouse button as usual.
