At Photoshop

I suggest the following:

At each step of your work, click at the bottom of the history palette, at the first icon from the left to right - CREATE NEW DOCUMENT FROM CURRENT STATE. Now you can save one by one .

If you know the procedure of how to upload a SBS, all you need are the pictures themselves. The easiest way to get all of the steps is to save separate .jpgs for every different major step. For example, if I have a image called "Sky," I'll save steps in the format "Sky Step 1," "Sky Step 2,"...etc. It could also be beneficial to have a .psd saved as well, so all you would do is "Save As"
