Duplicated the original image. Then I used Vanishing Point to put the bricks and rust metal table in place and masked the chair so it would appear through the bricks. Then I imported the bulb and masked out the background from the source file. Created a levels adj layer for the lighting and used a black mask while painting with white. Hue/sat layer to warm the image. Then finally created an empty layer and used a soft brush with a light yellow for the glow of the light.
I had other plans for this image, but ran out of time.
