I used Photoshop S3 to create this piece. I used some old brushes that i created for other projects to distort the eye. In the blue part of the eye i used a brush created from a stock photo of a field. To create the burry burst effect I used motion blur with a regular brush. After that I did a lot of blending mode changes to create the drastic new look.
