I used the bottum half of the glass to make the robe for the wizzard. I then used the smudge tool to add texturing. The eye was made from the olive. I removed color and added green to the center. The background is a cloud filter.

Had this idea in my head since Thursday, finaly was lucky enough to go to a very boring meeting yesturday, and sketched it there!
Usual suspects: Warp, liquify, slone, some smudge and burn.
