** I fixed the perspective of the background a little and added bars using a part of the rope.**

I used a clipping mask to apply a marble/stone look to the dog. I used the blur tool to blend in the details on the dog to make it look more "statue like". I then used the smudge tool to make the clipped dog blend well with the background. Stone image is one of my own.
