Waiting for your opinion

My long time girlfriend says she hates to cook and refuses to cook... this is what she needs.

First off, I hand-drew the rainbow with a drawing tablet then lowered the opacity to add a bit more liveliness. As for the background, I've layered two of the original image, the first however, is just the keyhole itself. The somehow mysterious background itself is caused by a star brush (credit to easyelements.com) overlaying the original image. Sorry for the long description, but that's how I did it. =]

Removed lamps and garbage bin from source image and then added model and present. Turned image into night scene and added some glow and additional snow to image.
