Hope this time they wont take out my image any more :).
So,for doing this image i have used burn and sponge tools.And some Halloween brush.

Two external sources used

1.Cut the eyes of the frog->and place on another document.
2.Make a new document->Set the backgorund to black->Filter,Distort,Twirl->Then warp->Then set the Hue and Saturation.
3.Place the eys of the frog on the center->make some adjustments so the eyes can fit and be set as the planet->Then set Hue and Saturation->Set the layer to overlay.
4.Create a new layer->Then Filter,Pixelate,Mezzotint,Set it to medium dots->Then Filter,Distort,Twirl->Then warp->Then set the layer to overlay.
5.Create a new layer->Make some brush spots around->Then set Hue and Saturation->Then set layer to Overlay and opacity to 50%.

How can tail help us? Rescuer with tail can save more people.

A lot of cloning, some masking, painting, many time hue/saturation and play with blending modes.
