system error in nice hotel. electronic eye effect!!!!

The whole picture is built from scratch, i used a stock shot of the earth from istock also. I know there should be a lens flair on this picture, but i refuse to go near that 80s button. Damn it.

This took me forever, a lot of cloning and masking.
