Just an old fisherman sleeping by the open sea. No out sources

In order to create tihs picture i have used a handdrawing (the fisherman), two photographs from my own stock, a variety of filters and different blending techniques.

Suggestions and any other comments will be welcome.

This is what I saw when I looked at it. I used the lasso to find the shape, filled it, then used the burn and dodge to add character and features. The eyes, hat, mouth, and hair were brushed on. I used the healing brush to take out the parts of the rock I didnt want.
