I choose Film as my frame coz we are talking about 'Arts' here. film represent a medium of disseminates moving pictures, arts or illustrations. I choose to add some illustrations on background coz again we talking about arts here... here we go again .. I don't want to repeat myself ^^.. hope you like it.

Some filters were applied to create the film mood. The kids were masked from the source photo and blended with the original picture. Shadows added, a little blur, a little noise and this is my final result. Waiting for your suggestions

Something about this image struck me as a bit film noir- especially in the comic book sense. I've turned the thing into a page from a comic. The girl in the door I borrowed from a dress site, the rest is my own rendering - Hope you guys like it:)
