This is my first entry... i used some custom brushes, clouds rendering and rain effect. I used source images from www.freefoto.com.

I went as simple as possible on this one, I didn't want to add too much, there's not much in the middle of the ocean. Thanks to Hisks for the use of the lifeboat image.
