Only 4 small S.B.S… as the whole process is pretty much duplicated all the way through the image…… Tools used….Liquify / Colour or Gradient overlay / Distort / Wave / Twist / Airbrush / Healing brush / Dodge & burn….. And a little bit of time & patience’s :)
