I just took the original photo and chopped my daughter out, flipped and repositioned her, then cut the elbow off to give perspective and painted in some shadows.

I removed the moss from the tree, some rust from the cannon, some leaves from the drive and dirt, lengthened the barrel and added some leaves on the tree and some extra cannon balls. (I'm learning the clone tool better).
