Duplicated the original image. Then I used Vanishing Point to put the bricks and rust metal table in place and masked the chair so it would appear through the bricks. Then I imported the bulb and masked out the background from the source file. Created a levels adj layer for the lighting and used a black mask while painting with white. Hue/sat layer to warm the image. Then finally created an empty layer and used a soft brush with a light yellow for the glow of the light.

I had other plans for this image, but ran out of time.

Don't know why the source made me immediately think of the Taj Mahal.
Mainly warp work, burn, and masking.
The building is enterly made with the source image.
