Very simple to do.
1. Background = Black,
2. Text = 16pt and must fill up the whole image, Angle it, Fill it more if needed,
3.New layer, Create or Paste a new image, Select it by Ctrl Clicking the image on the layer pane,
4. Go to the text layer, Rasterize it,
5. Move the highlighted shape, CUT!,Paste - align if you need too.
6. Color the layer.
7. Done!

Antique box, just a warm up for another piece.
