i used a basic skull stock pic[from a disc of 1000 free pics 4 years ago], not a very good resolution so had to do a bit of tweeking to make useable, once i was happy i used render tool to make smoke/mist effect, i then cloned/blended all over/around skull,finally i highlighted skull and turned down resolution/hugh a bit.

He was stuffed after dying from natural causes.

Did this tutorial awhile back, thought it would work for this. The images are stock images, but it is just the skull and man, whom you can see is scary enough.
