The Singing Guy
I have used 4 layers.
1.First one of a simple image of a guy.
2.Some effects i have given i.e. glowing edges.
3.original image.
4.Finally using the paint bucket tool i gave some glowing effect on his mouth.

Lots of work on this. Uploading now, because my computer is acting suspiciously. The only other source is one of my own images. The rest is PS.

I did not want to just paste the dummy on the Gene Kelly picture, that would have been too easy, so I made up the whole background.
