well... i used the liquify tool first and the BLOAT tool to enlarge some areas like the eyes, the shirt button and one ear (a little) and make them look normal, after that i used the PUCKER tool for the nose and the mouth, i used high pass, diffuse, surface blur and smart sharpen filter, i used the curves tool for the contrast and smudge tool to soften some areas... AH and i removed the guys finger with the clone stamp tool...
