I used a statue as reference image to then paint (with burn and dodge) a skin texture I found.

Venus (his mum) didn't care much for the beautiful psyche, sooo she asked Eros / Cupid to put an arrow to her and make her fall in love with the most hideous creature on the planet...

Well it backfired... Eros fell onto his own arrow (as you do) and, yep, the first thing he saw was Psyche.

Hell atleast the girl was beautiful, so can't see a bad side... not except for the future mother in law lol
