I made few changes. Especially, I added the roof inside the car to give 3-D. I worked on edges to match colors

This poor little penguin was only looking for an escape from the sub-zero temperatures when he moved to a hotter climate!

Used a lot of liquify followed up by dodge and burn to add some depth. I also did some manual brushing used some layer styles and layer adjustments.
