I took an image from the stock photos on here. Added highlights to the eyes, to the lips and softened the skin. Also adjusted the lighting to make it pick out the detailing better

Everything is made from source except for the painted parts like the face. I was inspired by the bridge and actually started moving cut pieces from the bridge until something interesting popped into my head. I used sources from Photoshoptalent for the snake faces and the candles.
