Made this from a portrait of John McCain. I think this guy looks healthier.

took the frog's head, warped it a little bit and used some masks to fit it into the suit. Then I masked some bayou looking artwork onto the suit, added various exposures and gradients to the foreground image and then created a spotlight effect (along with a gradient) on the background to highlight the dude.

I submitted the wrong file the first time. Here is the Brush Strokes of Bat and Stars. Really easy to do. You can goggle Photoshop bushes and find the brushes.
