Lots of lasso tool, clone, burn, cutting, pasting, dodge, did a little free painting for the clouds and to adjust the colors in the face before using the smudge tool to equal it out. Lasso cut out the body to create the reflection in the water, set it to a new level and erased down to about 15% opacity before flipping it and dropping it back down a layer. Created the rippled water effect by just using the smudge tool.
