Changed source of dogteeth...had wrong one..so sorry...

I mainly used the pentool and tried to create perspective in some ways by making things bigger when they're closer and vaguer when they are far away. I used a gradient map to create the "colors" for this. After that some adjustment layers and finishing touches.
