This was all strictly done with effects in adobe. I used no sources at all, I did however use the brushes called, butterfly, leaf, and rose. Under special effects in your brush options. I also tweaked them by setting an outter glow.

Unless you're in your 30's, you'll never recognize what this is. On first glance, the peacock feather looked to me like the supreme leader of the evil organization Spectra from the old cartoon Battle Of The Planets. Check my source pic to see what he really looks like.
