Made this from a portrait of John McCain. I think this guy looks healthier.

took the frog's head, warped it a little bit and used some masks to fit it into the suit. Then I masked some bayou looking artwork onto the suit, added various exposures and gradients to the foreground image and then created a spotlight effect (along with a gradient) on the background to highlight the dude.

I started with a gradiant layer, added a brush with layer effects.Extracted the part of the scale I desired. Did some clone, and painting, to achieve the desired reflections. Make the crystal Glode, in 8 steps, added the lilies, and did adjustments. Extracted eyes, and did adjustments. Added the extra hand brush stars, added layer style, glow etc. Merged down layers, used sperize filter to make Lilies, and eyes rounded. merged all, did more adjustments. Added shawdow.Lots of blending, feathering. lots of layers involved, to create this,
