Extracted free lady from backgound
Created smoke with help of a tutorial
Removed cap from bottle to sand and formed a shadow
Created bottle neck using clone tool

Used mask and gradient to blend parts together

It all started from cutting out the gate from the background with the polygonal lasso tool. Added the grassy background, gaussian blurred the top half. Added the sky & erased the bottom with a big soft brush on low opacity. Blending mode for the sky was Hard Light, Opacity 70. Then i duplicated the background , changed the levels & changed the blending mode to Normal, 55. Then I added the turtle and merged him with the background. Next was the burn tool used on Highlights, Exposure 50, & added some shadows to the bottom of the gate, ground & turtle shell. Also darkened the top of the walls, And added the Ivy. Lastly I adjusted the levels & curves.
