I used Ivy vine brush with various opacites and colors

Added flower bed, flower(I made), welcome rock and water can

Then used burn/dodge and resized for final image

Levels , curves etc-- lightened up some veins etc in the leaves and stems in the background for a bit more contrast

That rebellious ivy. Tagging all over the city, ringing door bells and even killing people...
