As you can see, I tried to make it into a mini-golf course. However, since I don't have any actual art/drawing talent - I got this far and have given up! hehe

Techniques:
1) Magnetic lasso to remove image from original source, replace sky in background. Create additional images to use as shadows.
2) Transform for angle of shadows and image angle.
3) Dodge & Burn for image highlights.
4) Healing brushes to remove initial shading and uneven elements on Golf course as well as eraser for skyline and imperfections in image.
5) Layer Filters to influence lighting and general effects.
6) Transform to angle correctly both the image as well as shading.

A fun piece.. mixing a few elements to create this picture.
I used Perspective to distort the snow and added shadows for the other elements.
